Wraps a UnicastProcessor together with its own lock, so that mutual exclusion between onNext (from InMemoryBufferEventListener.processEvent(java.lang.String, org.apache.polaris.core.entity.EventEntity)) and onComplete (from eviction or shutdown) does not depend on smallrye-mutiny's internal synchronized on UnicastProcessor.onNext.
