CreateEncryptionZoneFlag is used in HdfsAdmin.createEncryptionZone(Path, String, EnumSet) to indicate what should be done when creating an encryption zone. Use CreateEncryptionZoneFlag as follows:

1. PROVISION_TRASH - provision a trash directory for the encryption zone to support soft delete.
