public enum RichSqlInsertKeyword extends Enum<RichSqlInsertKeyword>
Defines the keywords that can occur immediately after the "INSERT" keyword.

Standard SQL has no such keywords, but extension projects may define them.

This class is almost an extension of SqlInsertKeyword.
