      This method prints the security policies associated with the files or directories specified in list of paths specified in paths.

      path - The full path name of the files where the tags are to be retrieved
      recursive - if path is a directory and set to true, the directory is deleted else throws an exception. In case of a file the recursive can be set to either true or false.

      This method returns 0 if successful, or a Unix error code otherwise
